As someone who suffers from bouts of vertigo, I feel for you. I dont get vertigo to the extreme of having nausea or anything like that but the spins can last for quite some time. I have been diagnosed with Menieres and BPPV. My dr gave me Valium for the vertigo which helps. He also gave me a diuretic, however, I decided not to take that and drink cranberry juice and limit my salt intake. Honestly, I would talk to the ent and let them know you are having it again. Are you under stress at all? I have noticed stress tends to play a role in how often I get vertigo.

The cranberry juice is a natural diuretic. Reducing the fluid in your body can help regulate the pressure and fluid in your ear.
