If you have problems with sinus infections, etc, then see an ear, nose, throat physician. It could be an inner ear problem causing the vertigo.
Finding out the cause is important.
If you have what is referred to as "positional vertigo" you can Google "exercises for vertigo". I think the exercise for this is called Darth Brandt or similar name. This exercise does work for this type vertigo.
Most likely, your vertigo is cause from an inbalance between your ears and may just be something you have to deal with.
I saw several specialists, had several tests done and incurred many thousans of dollars in bills to find out that its just something I have to deal with. Dont you just love Doctors? Would have loved to known that before getting in debt of over 20K.
