Cervical dystonia as cause for disequilibrim and balance

Anyone here been diagnosed with Cervical dystonia and also have severe disequilibrium and balance problems, such as feeling like you are swaying and moving, over and under reaching for any object, vibrating feelings through spine and head ( for those with stationary or shall I saw FIXED sustained neck involvement ) meaning head and neck does not move all over the place, just turned and tilted slightly, but always, because muscles are in a constant state of contraction.

I should add, have also been diagnosed with severe TMJ dysfunction, and arthritis of jaw joints.

I do not see any topics on dystonias at all here on this health board and so is it that rare?
