I recommend everyone suffering from dizziness Google "cawthorne cooksey exercises." You can get an instructional PDF file from several sources. These are balance exercises you need to do for five minutes, three times a day. I have been doing them regularly. Not sure how much they are helping, but I'm sure they can't hurt. I do usually notice a temporary improvement for awhile after doing them. Hope these help someone find some relief.
