Question 2nd Generation having DS???

I have two daughters, one with DS(age 21) and one without. My daughter without DS is 23 weeks pregnant, she is 24 years old. She was told that her uterus is measuring larger then it should and the Doctor thinks she may be carrying a child with DS. Has anyone else out there had a child with DS and then have one of there children without DS have a child with DS?? They go next week to have the level two sonogram done by a obgyn that only works with high risk pregnancys. They are so scared even though, we KNOW that life is ok having a child with Down Syndrome, we truley didn't want it to happen to our family again. Please let me know if you have this in your family or if you know of anyone who has had it happen in theres?
