I do not think that the chances of a female with Down syndrome getting pregnant are very high as most females are infertile. Males have this issue also ... just not as high a probability as females.

I am the mother of a almost 6year old boy with Downs. I was told by a genetisist when my son was diagnosed that all males with downs are infertile, and yes,females with downs can get pregnant.
