Identical twin down syndrome

A follow up on yesterdays post.
Pregnant identical twin girls at 33 weeks has one of my twins have double bubble duodenal atresia (Adnormal stomach blocked and filled with to much increased fluid(Atomic fluid)meaning the twin baby can not swallow so she thinks she full and dont swallow,so take a balloon and twist in half thats why its called the double bubble.an operation is due at birth.
My other twin is fine this coming monday have a test for downs syndrome been told this is a high risk 1 in 4 risk all of the above leads to down syndrome.
So my questions to you what type of down syndronme is there diffrent levels am so scared.also been told has am having identical girls 100% sure if positive they both have down syndrome.
Am preparing for the worse am going to give every chance to my babys and love and surport they going to need.
Advice and info a be great with thanks joanne ........
