I have a friend whose now 4 yr old daughter with Down Syndrome was treated with ACTH as an infant for infantile spasms (IS)...the spasms ceased however the little girl lost ALL of her hair and although it grew back some at 1 point, it is completely gone now...there are also other things that dad is suspecting may be possible side effects from the use of ACTH...any information would be greatly appreciated...
