Is there anyone here taking this that is also on birth control pills or heard of them interacting? The problem is that some of the ingredieants are not FDA regulated so the pharmacist couldn't tell me anything.

Chromium 150 mg
vanadium 30 mg
glucomannan 400 mg
sodium carboxymethycellulose 100 mg
citrus naringinine 10 mg
glucosamine hcl 100 mg
coca extract 325 mg
hoodia gordinii cactus 150 mg
green tea extract 250 mg

Raynie,

I see no problem taking these ingredients with BC's, but I would separate taking them by 2 hours if you can. I see some possible binding problems with glucomannan & sodium carboxycellulose plus BC's ingredients. This theoretically could lower the absorption of the BC's & you know what could happen then.
