aspirin and tylenol 3 - side effects safe?
Hi

I took an aspirin 4 ago..still have a migraine, considering the idea of taking my prescription tylenol 3. Do you think this will be safe?

Yes, I think it should be safe, however, try not to make a habit of taking both. If you're still concerned, call your Dr's. office and double check with them. Take care

Yes it is safe and you can take them at the same time if you want but next time you might want to start off with the tylenol 3 since aspirin isn't known to do anything by itself for a true migraine. Or next time try over the counter Excedrin this might do the trick if your migraines aren't too bad....but do not take Excedrin at same time as tylenol 3.
