Excessive saliva/Drooling - Dysphagia Message Board

Does anyone out there have some advice/solutions/remedies for this frustrating problem? I am seeking help for my dear friend, Newt, who is 85. He is generally very optomistic and postive, but this particular problem is causing him much aggrivation. He's had PD for 7 years. THANKS in advance!!

Hi...my father in law suffers from Lewy body dementia, which has parkinsonian symptoms. Anyway..a complication of the disease is dysphagia. This is difficulty swallowing food and drink, and also the control of saliva.
