 dysphagia one vagus nerve
Hi there
I only have one Vagus nerve because the L side was cut about 5 cm's in surgery
the nerve sheath had became a tumor and instead of peeling the sheath off which almost 90% of docs do, my e.n.t not knowing what he is dealing with decided to cut of the nerve from both ends
I am 26 and have dysphagia and dysphonia and I am yet to find someone with VAGAL SCHWANNOMA who has a similar story . if you do please keep in touch.
I need to go in for thyroplasty because i aspirate daily and my voice is shallow and also the left swallowing muscles dont work
