Question New Diagnosis any advice please?

Hi all I was diagnosed with dysphagia today after months of struggling to eat or drink,I've had scans ,barium meals and ultrasounds also a referral to a dietician.
Could anyone advise me on easy things to eat? I've been blending food but its not the same and can be tasteless.
Is dysphagia classed as a disability? I really know nothing about it and would be most grateful for any help.
I have other long term medical conditions also so unfortunately this is just another one to add to the list, just one other thing,do any of you feel as if your glands are constantly sore?
I had a thyroidectomy and goyter removed years ago but this is something that has recently started.
Honestly I would be most appreciative for any information or tips
Take care
Jacq
