A couple months ago I felt pain inside my mouth, near my tonsil. I felt back there and felt a small bump. I went to see my Dr. and she said if it didn't go away she'd refer me to an ENT, calling it a tonsil nodule. It went away after a week or so and I thought nothing more of it. Last week, it came back and I've had it for almost 2 weeks. It's a small bump, not hard and it hurts when I touch it. I'm always sticking my finger back near my tonsils to push out those yucky white things that collect in there. I'm wondering if I irritated it. But I do it to both tonsils and the other one is fine. Any ideas?
