| Re: Nasal Spray and Dry Mouth/Dry Eye
I called the pharmaceutical company that manufactures Nasacort AQ to inquire if this product could be causing the dry eye. The lady I spoke with said it is entirely possible, although it is not listed as a side effect. I told her that it has been nearly 72 hours since I last used this spray and that my eyes feel almost back to normal. She indicated that my concern about dry eye as a side effect will be documented. My eyes realy do feel so much better. If anyone is using a corticosteroid nasal spray and is experiencing dry, look at that medicine as a possible culprit.
