About 4 days ago i was ill the usually stuff like being hot,slight headache and was sick in the night, however the next morning i was fine. But the past two days ive had this sound coming from my left ear , right ear is fine. I do pick my ears with my nail to get wax out ( i know i shouldnt). Do you think i have tinnitus?
I have been hearing this ringing in my ears last few weeks now. I know I have tinnitus. I hope it will stop this noisy in my ear when I get a new digital hearing aids soon.
It's possible that your recent illness may have caused your tinnitus. From what I've read it can be caused by a lot of factors (fluid in the ear, tumor, medication. etc.)
I've been dealing with tinnitus for a couple of years now thinking it might be related to a illnesss for which I just underwent surgery for. Unfortunately the tinnitus hasn't cleared up. So now I'm planning on seeing an ENT specialist. Hopefully, he/she will shed some light on my problem.
Sometimes I don't hear it, but that's pretty rare. I found when I touch areas on my scalp the pitch changes.
My ENT Doctor wants me to try the nasal spray for few weeks to see if help my shutting sound and ringing in my ears. If it still doing it by the time I see him on May23, I will see him and my audiologist. Have anybody tried the nasal spray if this solve the problem? thanks
