Ear problems

Hi,

I've had a problem with my left ear now for going on a year.

To describe it simply, it seems very sensitive but its not constant, and sometimes is worse than other times. People talking in a car, cinema or listening to music makes it hurt (it's a strange sense of pain). It's as though, i want to turn away from the source or cover my ear up. Sometimes, i have a loud ringing in my ear (can only tell when in bed or very quite though).

It also seems 'full' sometimes, sometimes it feels as though my ear is filling up.

Although 'randomly' for days at a time it can be (almost) perfect. I maybe a bit paranoid but i think its something to do with what i have eaten (could be complete crap though).

When i have seen Doctors, they have checked my ears and said there was nothing wrong with them. The first time however, they also checked my throat and i had a problem with it (i could'nt feel pain in my throat however).

They gave me anti-biotics for it. When in the hospital a few months lator (for unrelated problems). They also checked my thoat as a routin thing and made a comment that my throat wasnt right - but there was nothing serious about it and is just time before it clears up (12 months?).

Any help would be very much appreicated.
