| Ear Problem
Hi,
I had a cold for a couple of days and it spread to my ears and I guess I got an infection. But I did something stupid, I thought I would be helping if I shot some hot water in to clean them out. I warmed the water up in the microwave for 40 secs but it was too hot. When I shot the water in it hurt so bad it was really stupid but I was only trying to help. I went to the doctor and he said there was just a mild infection and nothing bad like a ruptured eardrum or anything. Is it possible he didn't see that I had a ruptured eardrum? My ear wasn't bleeding at all or any pus or any type of drainage. He gave me some antibiotics and sent me home. There's no pain in my ears or anything just feels weird like its cloudy or something or stuffed. I am just nervous that I hurt my hear from that incident with the water. Also loud noises and music don't bother it. Could it just still be the ear infection tryin to clear up? its been only three days since I started taking the medicine? What do you suggest could be the problem? Please answer back I'm stressing out. Thank you.
