Ok, so I'm pretty much out of shape, but I'm in the military and had to do a PT test today. So I ran my butt off. But when I was finished running I tasted blood. I checked my mouth, no blood from there. I checked my nose, no blood from there. So then I opened my mouth and looked in the mirror and my throat looked raw. Is it possible I over exerted myself and made my throat bleed?

Did you actually see blood? You said you're throat looked raw, could that be the beginning of a very sore throat or infection?
