Question nose cuts/bleeding that won't go away!

i posted about this a while back, thought it'd go away.. as my luck has it, nope! in the other thread i posted, i mentionned how my nose randomly bled after doing some pretty extensive cleaning which resulted in tons of dust getting stuck in my nose. it keeps scabbing over, stabbing the inside of my nose, bleeding because the scabs come off.. and then starts all over again. i don't think this is anything to worry about, but, i'm not one prone to getting nose bleeds. these aren't full blown bowl fulls either.. just bits of blood. anyway, is there anything i can get, like a cream or something, that i can use that'll keep it moist enough to heal? it just won't heal on its own.. it has been a good 2 weeks now since this even started. every time i blow my nose there's blood. it's not nice to look at lol i think it just bleeds from the initial cuts i had in there from all the dust. but those cuts are still there.. they sting and are very irritating. it's really just an inconvenience, but one i want to get rid of i do breathe a lot from my nose.. which causes more problems since with my breathing problems, i tend to breathe more shallow, if i breathe from my nose (more difficult to breathe from it, but that's not due to these cuts).. not sure if that makes it worse or not.
as in my other post.. i still do get a bit of pain in my front tooth from this. i'm not worried about it. it's kind of like when it's sensitive to hot and cold.. my teeth seem to be really sensitive to anything regardless. i just need advice on what's good for chop-sueyed nose

It might be good if you see your doctor for this one. Sorry I can't offer any help.

I would advise you to see an ENT. You may need a perscription cream or ointment for the scabs in your nose. These specialists are best for treating your problem.

lol i gave up on this thread >_< the cuts and whatnot are still there, still very annoying although i've no time to make up extra appointments so i think i'll just bring it up with my own doc when i go next which is in 2 weeks i believe.. i'm sure the cuts will still be there.. and if they aren't then there's no need to bring it up. it does seem to be slowly healing.. very very slowly though cuz it still bleeds and all like it usually does and hurts like heck too. oh well.

You asked about something to keep your nose moist enough to heal.... In really dry weather, I get something very similar to what you're describing. I always just put some Neosporin on the end of a Q-tip and apply it to the sore. Within a day or so, I'm on the mend. I don't know if what I do is a good thing, but I know it works!

Re: nose cuts/bleeding that won't go away!

we managed to get some fairly decent weather for a good few days.. my nose seemed to do better with it and now it's just about healed up! i suppose it was just the bad weather that made the initial cuts and bleeding worse.. it's been pretty cool and dry lately but just that few days of good weather is all i needed. i'll keep your advice in mind though. i've got a feeling it'll probably happen again when it comes to cleaning very dusty things
