Pain in nose after taking in caffiene

I have had a spot under the bone on my nose where glasses sit for a couple of years now. It feels like something is there and it constantly makes me dizzy and I'm off balance.

Well, after I drink a coke or eat chocolate or something like that I am dizzier and that sport hurts really bad like it is swelling more.

I got a CTscan last week and waiting for the results.

I just can't figure why caffeine makes that spot worse.
