Frozen and sore nose!
Does anyone else get a horrible painful feeling on the inside of their nose/back of throat/nose when the air is too cold for too long?
In my office the a/c is always up SO high and it can't be changed, and after about 2 hours my nose is numb and freezing and it hurts to breathe. I find myself cupping my hands over my nose and mouth to try and warm up the air before breathing.
Then my bus going home is actually even colder, which makes things worse. By the time I get home, my nose is running, sore inside around my throat and back of nose area, and then for hours afterwards my throat feels yuck and my nose seems to ache inside. I'm so sick of it. No matter how many layers of clothes I put on, you can't wear NOSE muffs, can you!?
