Anyone aware of what role botox plays in the context of correcting a deviated septum? My husband is being set up to have surgery for a pretty severe deviation. Yesterday, we received two referrals in the mail: one is for this procedure; the other is happy to inform Mr. Recipient that his botox injection has been approved. We had a good laugh over this, and I'll definitely be calling the doctor on Monday to find out (out of the office today), but I wonder if anyone here knows what this could be for...?
