OUCH! I didn't know that tonsils can get stones! Wow, I guess I
am lucky that I had to get mine out at 5 yrs old. For some reason, mine had grown so large that I had very little room to swallow and I kept getting infections over and over. I didn't have much of a choice.. but stones? Ouch, I'm sorry!
You know, I hate to say this and I really don't mean this to sound the way it does, but I'm REALLY glad that someone else has had this and knows exactly what I'm talking about!!!!!!!! It lets me know that I'm not crazy.. well, I mean, at least when it comes to this lol
I had the pain again this morning. Just once though. I hate it sooo much!

It always makes me yell "
OW!" and grab my ear every time it happens.. which is
extremely embarrassing when I'm in the middle of a conversation with someone who has no idea about me getting this pain. I remember the first time it happened last year, I was talking to my hubby and all of a sudden, I got this extreme stabbing pain and I yelled "OOOWWWW!!!
WHAT THE *F* WAS THAT?!?!?!?!". My hubby thought I had gone crazy for a minute there. Now it just ticks me off when it happens and interrupts me the way it does.
I can't even find anything online about it.. have you? Everything online seems to point to an ear infection, but it's nothing like that at all. Just a quick in and out ice pick to the ear type of sensation.

And it's really annoying when your docs have no clue what you're talking about and look at you as if you've lost your mind.
