Echo in my ear after gym?

Hi guys

Something strange is occuring after I bounce around at gym. For some reason my voice echos in my right ear and I can hear weird sounds etc. Could this be wax being moved around?

i think that you might have an ear infection, because i remeber when i was eating ham chunks they sounded crunchy.
