Ear Pressure and dizziness

Hi there,
Today has been my worse day for suffering with ear pressure. It feels like my ear is blocked, and surrounding areas keep getting tense. Especially feels like the back of my ear, feels tense, and feels like a swelling feeling.

I have recently been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder; which can give dizziness, but I'm sure I have an infection of some sort? I feel far too dizzy.

Any help?

I want to use Otex to clean my ears out, but apparently with an infection and dizziness it is not recommended to take.
