Have you had your tonsils and adnoids out as well?
What other sinus procedures have you had... turboplasty, endioscopy?
If you truely question your ENT's methods and judgement, call your general practicioner and ask them to give you the name of an ENT they would trust their children too... then go and consult this ENT.
I will check in and find out what you have heard... as far as sore throat and hoarseness. Try gargling with luke warm salt water, and moistening the sinuses with a steril saline solution. Check with your surgical nurse... if they approve saline nasal sprays.
