I have tried looking around the boards but this seems the best place to post this thread.
I use the mobile phone a lot and just about a month ago I started getting these strong headaches whenever I use the mobile phone. My right ear just hurts a lot and now i just use the speakerphone whenever i get a call.
This has been going on since a month (or more) ago, and I am really worried!!!
Is this a sign of me getting a tumour of the brain? what does it mean if I have this problem??? What can I do?
Well the only way to tell for sure is to get scanned. You can go to the ENT and tell them that you are having localized head and ear aches. They can test to see if the cell phone usage has damaged your hearing and if that is the problem.. they can also request a full CT scan and MRI scan of the sinuses and head to see if there are any defects or growths present.
You will only get the answers you need with proper test proceedures.
Hello. Do you often rest the phone on your shoulders when you talk? I realized this one day when I got off the telephone and had a headache, shoulder and neck aches. Also, maybe it is just me, or bad cell service, but I tend to press my phone closer to my ear when talking on a cellphone. Soemtimes to the point of hurting. By all means go to the dr. It could be something as simple as my problem was.
