damaged blood vessel in the back of the throat

Hi all

for the past year and a half i have been waking up with dried blood on my lips and occasionally blood will be in my spit.
I got told i have damaged blood vessels at the back of my throat
I have a few ideas as to why this has happened.

for 1 reason, i was a drug addict 2 years ago (which is behind me) which lead to me throwing up often, like every weekend. which i think may have damaged the vessel

secondly, when i sneeze i sort of hold back (hard to explain) but i dont sneeze properly and i suspect this could damage vessel aswell (apparantly a sneeze has a lot of force and travels at 200km ph)

Im trying really hard not to sneeze, or at least not hold it back. but its really hard to do when your trying not to lol.

Ive heard of other people having damaged vessels in thier throat, of which i have heard it took over a year to heal naturally. Is this true?

I have considered getting it quarterised, however it would be a bit stupid to if i would just continue to do more damage by not sneezing properly.

Would you reccomend getting it quarterised or is there another means for this issue?

Its getting very annoying and can be scary at times.
