How large of a piece of food can fit down throat?

I think one of the concerns I have been having with my swallowing is anxiety. I tried to find information on the net as far as how big a piece of food would have to be in order to actually block the airway. I have gotten to the point where I have worried about pieces of nuts...really not joking around It feels like stuff keeps getting stuck in my throat.. I also get worried about liquefied food, beans and such I have put in the blender .I went to an ENT and had a scope and everytihing was fine down there..they are not sure what is causing it..Can someone help me out on this question? I am a 28 year old male, average build, about 5'9 165
