Will they be able to tell what's wrong with me with Barium Swallow?
I posted previously about my problems swallowing solids (feels like food is sticking)
I am scheduled for a barium swallow tomorrow morning at 915 AM
Will this finally tell me what is wrong with me ?

I had a barium swallow test to test for GERD. the procedure results are kind of neat - I asked the tech to show me. They take an xray video of you swallowing this fluid. I could see it going down and I did see what they said was a very small amount of GERD. The test should show your doctor what happens when you swallow? but since it's a liquid, not sure if it will do exactly what you seem to want to be tested for - solids...
