i got really sick in january, strep throat, sinus infection, eye infection all at the same time (later discovered it was mono setting in
) anyway, since then i cough up this mucus like substance anytime after i eat, brush my teeth, take liquid medicine etc. i was just wondering what it was and why i'm getting it and how i can make it stop! it's really disgusting when i have to cough up this stuff during the day, god forbid i ever did it on a date!
does anyone know how i can get rid of this? thanks for the help in advance!
