Re: what is post natal drip?
Post-nasal drip is mucus that runs down the back of your throat, instead of out of the nasal passage. When it's thick, it can make swallowing difficult. I tend to get it a lot and it's usually worse when I have a cold and worse of a morning.
Saline nasal sprays can sometimes help to thin it out. Apparently, horseradish & garlic can also help as well as cod liver oil.
Avoid dairy products like the plague when you have it as this can worsen the mucus.
