Ear Pain/Pressure From Nose Surgery

Hello,

My girlfriend had cosmetic surgery on her nose several years ago to reduce its size and remove an unattractive lump on the bridge. The nose was also made thinner than normal. Since then she has had chronic ear pain and constant pressure in her ears and has been unable to breathe very well. She has seen several ear specialists and none have been of much help. They recognize that her eardrums are disturbed but have said there was no detectable cause.

She believes that the cause of the ear pressure and pain is due to the narrowing of her nasal canal. We were curious to find out if anyone here has had cosmetic nose surgery that was followed by ear problems and, if so, what they did to correct it - Or if anyone knows of any doctors that may be of help in the east coast (US) area.

Thank you.

F and J
