Swimmy Head feeling

Hello everyone Im not really sure if this is the correct term for the way my fiance is feeling.. Im trying to help him via phone calls and email.. He is working out of town doing construction and is unable to see a doctor. We have called his regular doctor and they wont call him anything in to the Pharmacy. He always has very bad sinus problems and he takes Zyrtec daily. Currently he says he is having a hard time sleeping and feels swimmy headed or drunk feeling.. He isnt complaining of a fever or anyting else and his blood pressure is very good. He sinus are draining in the back of his throat and when he has used Afrin he said it burns. Does anyone have an idea what is going on with him??? Any feed back would be appreciated.. Thanks so much.. K

Re: Swimmy Head feeling

Tell him to go to an good ear/nose and throat man and see if there is hearing loss. Hearing loss can do all sorts of stuff to one; it can throw one off balance, make one tired, make one's head spin and the list goes on.
