Exclamation I am going to go crazy! Pounding in right ear.
For a while now I have had this pounding in my right ear. It sounds like a steel drum and it pounds with the beat of my heart. It comes and goes, but it's been going for 24 hours straight this time. Any ideas?

It sounds to me as if you might have pulsatile tinnitus. To find out more about this, do an Internet search. Hope this helps.

Hi,

I did some research and found that to be a possibility. It went away after about 3 days, so hopefully it won't be back for a while.
