Hello Verydizzy, I think I know what you're talking about. I suffer sometimes from anxiety, and I do remember thinking I felt the way you do. What I can tell you is that I think it is in your head, from what you wrote it seems to me that you get a panic attack when this happens, correct? What I think is happening is you are confusing the pictures in your head with what's really going on in reality. You probably get this weird feeling that things are upside down but pay attention next time if you can and see if you think about things being upside down right before this experience happens. It's kind of hard to explain. I think you're just spooking yourself out, and you're thinking too much about it. You'll be fine. As long as you tell yourself that there isn't anything mentally wrong with you, you're just spooking yourself out a little that's all.
