Cut in nostril possibly infected - help!

After constantly blowing my nose due to really bad allergies this year, I noticed a small cut inside my left nostril that scabbed over and was slightly tender. Once I realized that it was a scab I left it alone to heal and thought it was getting better. After a camping trip last weekend though where I was out in the dusty air for four days, it has gotten WAY worse. It is very tender (can't touch my nose at all without bringing tears to my eyes) and in place of the scab there is a large moist bump instead. It hurts really badly, all the way down to my teeth. Is it infected? What can I do? Help! >.<
