Been having these symptoms for a good few months now...
The main symptom is a terrible, often debilitating, headache that occurs basically along my eyebrows and between the eyes. Associated with this I get sharp pain in my left ear, a "thick" slightly sore throat, sore tongue, what feels like pressure in my eyes (like they're about to burst), and the bone that sticks out behind my left ear (temporal?) feels very tender. I also have a single gland up on the left side in the hairline, a bit lower than the bottom of the ear. My eyes get a bit sore as well, and the lid of the left one twitches a lot.
I am not congested so not thinking sinuses, but get very very fatigued.
There is one more thing - I get very greasy skin, I often bite the sides of my tongue, I have a bit of an overbite and have quite a prominent supraorbital ridge (I'm really selling myself here!). Slightly concerned about possible acromegaly now, although teeth aren't spreading and hands and feet seem normal.
Edited to add: Recently I was getting night sweats, and quite often, especially in the evening, I feel like I'm burning up and get pretty sweaty.
Edited again to add: About 18 months ago had acute pancreatitis, followed by lap.chole. 32 year old male, not overweight, non drinker.

In my opinion i'd go to an ENT to get checked out. I have had bad allergies for years and for the first time a couple months ago, I was getting severe pressure between my eyes and behind my nose. I have a deviated septum which also causes this and think I may need to get surgery eventually. Just cuz you don't have congestion doesnt mean you cant get an infection. And if you have a bacterial infection, it wont go away unless you get antibiotics to fight it. A viral infection will work itself out. If your adanoid, which is in the back of your throat and up a bit (you cant see it) gets infected that will drip into your throat and cause the soar throat feeling..happens to me all the time when i get infections and you hardly realize its going on. Don't forget the ears and nose are all connected together and an infection in the ears or nose can be spread to either one.

Judging from these symptoms (mind you I am no doctor) I would look into TMJ disorders, I was diagnosed a few months ago, and the doctors had me running around in circles to different specialists and different diagnoses, from a common cold and ear infection to an inner ear problem, TMJ is finally the correct one. I was in alot of pain just as you are, my ear pain was often dibilitating, i would have to stop everything at work, and my face would scrunch up, jaw tighten (which is the problem in the first place). look into it, if you have more questions about it the board on here for TMJ is good, and I am happy to answer questions. ive been having the same thing i cant stand up for long i get very weak. im going to the doctors today. i have rightside ear pain cant touch my ear.horrible headaches.nose bleeds. i cant yawn cause my jaws hurt cant open my mouth.cheek pains like someones stabbing me so please if you have anyideas. im only 13!
I second the possible TMJD diagnosis. Find a good neuromuscular dentist. TMJD is sometimes called The Great Imposter because its symptoms mimic so many other health issues.
