Angry Dry mouth and nose at night

Need help, although it doesn't happen nightly it does happen often...my dry mouth and nasal passage constantly keeping me awake. what can I do to get some relieve! I get up and gargle with water and wet my nose to get some type of relieve but this doesn't help. I get up and drink water but still no help...

Re: Dry mouth and nose at night

The easiest thing to do would be to put a humidifier in your room at night.

You aren't taking any sort of decongestant are you? If you are, i'd suggest drinking a glass or two of water before bed. Maybe taking a warm shower beforehand as well. Do you have sinus issues?
