when my ears itch or bother me I use peroxide to clean them out. I have mild tinnitus constantly and can tell you it doesn't make a difference. Won't hurt to try it though, at least you will have clean ears! Be careful to use only a small amount, I hear people have had damage to their ears using peroxide. I usually soak up some in a q-tip and insert the q-tip gently just inside the ear.
I tried pouring some Hydrogen Peroxide in my ears again tonight. Here is what happened. When I pour the Hydrogen Peroxide in my Right ear, I feel bubbling, crunching, and popping sounds and it actually lasts for 10-minutes and feels good. But when I pour it into my Left ear ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS AT ALL. It is the same as if I have poured water in my ear. No bubbling or popping sounds at all. Can anyone explain this? Any idea or theories? The ironic thing is that my Right ear is the ear with the loudest Tinnitus and also with more high frequency hearing loss than the left ear proven by 2 hearing tests. I also must add that 2 ear doctors told me I have NO wax in my ears so I know it is not due to a blocked left ear from wax anyway. Thanks again, Joe. (I still have tinnitus)
I have the same thing, its suppossed to be nerve damage.I hear the noises, sometimes worse than other times.I am trying some vitamins, green tea, fish oil,and seems to be helping.I wanted to try the peroxide thing too but havent yet cause i was scared too.
