swimmy head feelin and very cloudy feeling

I just turned 40. I am in fairly good shape and my Blood pressure and sugar levels are very normal. The past two weeks, I have had a terrible time with my head being very swimmy and out of touch. There is no pressure or pain but it is getting worse each day. I have also had three nose bleeds in the mornings. I am very active and take pretty good care of myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks so much and yes I am going to my doctor asap...

Hi -

was wondering how your diagnosis went? I had something similar to this and was diagnosed with BPPV, a positional vertigo issue. Hope you are better.
