i inhaled a sunflower seed

I inhaled it last week and it feels like it is stuck in the back of my throat back where u get post nasel drip. I went into urgent care and the dr laughed at me and told me that there is no possible way that a sunflower seed can stay in ur lungs or air pie for a week and not bug u without coughing it up. true i believe that but i really do feel it and i am not crazy it is stuck i am trying to cough it out and sucking and hairball cough it up but nothing is workin i even tried to do a nasal spray. nothing is helpin, i am uncomfertable and constantly makin noises to force it out. please i need some kind of suggestions on how to get it out.

Re: i inhaled a sunflower seed

If the seed is still germinable, with proper moisture and temperature, it can grow in your body. I saw a similar case many years ago. Listen to your body. If the feeling stays on for an unreasonable time, go to see your doctor to have a careful examination.
