| How far down do the tonsils go?
I was wondering how far down the tonsils go? I am having problems on the left side. It feels like a lump is there. It is uncomfortable but not really painful unless I press on it just under my chin and directly onto my throat just below where the tonsils could be seen in my mouth. I can't get to it. But is it part of my tonsil. Before I go spend money going to a specialist I would like to give it a few more days. Could it be a tonsil stone? (Ive had those before but where I could see them) or a cyst? Or a sore from acid reflux? Which I am dealing with. It's only been 6 days so I don't know how soon to head to the doctor. It almost feels like I get a cramp there once in awhile. It's weird and its scaring me.
