Can a deviated septum cause difficulties to concentrate?

I have a deviated septum and as a result i can bearly breath through my nose and i end up breathing from my mouth when i sleep (as an evidence it is pretty much dry when i wake up).
I find myself still tierd and sleepy even after i slept for 7+ hours, which should be an adequate amount of sleep.
In addition due to this tierdness I find myself having harder time to concentrate and to think about stuff more clearly.
I was wondering if it is related, or if any of the guys here who had deviated septum and then had a surgery done can share any epxriences if could be nice.
