Pain/Pressure After Loud Noises

Whenever I am exposed to loud noises - i.e - some movies, my son's trumpet, music in the car that is too loud - it can even be for a short time - I get a weird feeling in my ear.

It doesn't hurt much - but I get a pressure sensation and a numbness down my jaw and in my face. It doesn't last long and is only present when exposed to loud noises.

Checked out by ENT - he didnt see anything and says hearing tested ok.

Any ideas?
