swollen lymph nodes

i am sorry for any grammatical mistakes but english is not my first language... any way i am wrighting here because i am experiencing swollen lymph nodes for the past one month... my doctor prescribed me with antibiotics but they didnt help... also i have some difficaulty swalloing and a little bump under my mouth... lastly i expirience a kind of acid-burning in the back of my throat... it all gets worst in the night time.... thank you for your help in advance
