Feeling something in nostril, can't find anything
The last two weeks or so I've felt something in my right nostril, a fair way up it and close to the wall that separates the nostrils.

I saw the Doctor but he couldn't see anything up there, though he only looked at it with a light. He said some of my Nostril was a bit red so he gave me some cream, but it's doing nothing.

It's starting to get extremely annoying, I can feel it when I breathe.

Hmm, when my nose is blocked up it is extremly annoying so I feel for you. It could be a nasal polyp. Some of the symptoms listed are mouth breathing, Nose feeling blocked (nasal obstruction),Reduced or complete loss of sense of smell (not common with sinus infection),and Runny nose.
