Re: my perced ear
Over the years, I've had about 20 piercings, both on my face and ears. Your situation is very common, and has happened to me before.
What is happening is that you are over-cleaning your piercing. The peroxide and cream contain alcohol, which is way too strong for your pierced ear, and it is breaking the healing tissue, which makes the piercing very weak.
An infection has gotten to your ear because it is so weak, which causes the blood and pus. The peroxide and cream are only making it worse, because it's not letting the ear fight the infection.
To fix this, it's very cheap and easy. Ditch the peroxide and cream, and soak your piercing in salt water - nothing else, just salt water! All you need is some salt, water and
a bowl (about the size of a soup bowl, maybe a bit bigger).
1. Put a heaped tablespoon of salt (sea salt works best, but normal table salt does the job too).
2. Pour some boiling water into the bowl, so it's almost full.
3. Stir it until all the salt has dissolved.
4. Leave it for a bit - it's going to be too hot at first. The hotter the better, but don't burn your ear. When it's at a temperature that you can handle, dip your ear in the bowl for about 5 minutes. It can be a little uncomfortable and boring, so maybe do it while watching TV or listening to music.
Do this once or twice every day, and your infection will be gone in no time!
Try to avoid playing with the jewellery, and keep your hair out of the way.
