I have been having these painful breakouts in my mouth for over a year. It happend all of the sudden and hasn't let up yet.
Both sides of my tongue get painful bumps on them and they are covered in a white coating. You can literally see the bumps all inflamed on the sides and It's very painful. Also a lot of times the glands on my cheek will become covered in a white painful patch as well. I'm young and I've never smoked and don't drink alcohol. I've been to the doctors, and they haven't figured it out yet. It is not herpes or any other type of disease of that nature. It's also not thrush. I plan on seeing an ears nose and throat doctor but it's hard to schedule an appointment when the breakouts are unpredictable. The breakouts come about 3 times a month and last for about 4 days.
Anyone know anything about this?
I do not want to upset you, but my sister in law had similar problem, finally found doctor who could figure it out. Finally went to MD Anderson, was some type of cancer. She is doing great now. You need to get some help! Best wishes..
Really?
Can I ask if hers completely healed and then kept returning?
Because mine completely go away for awhile.
The Ears nose and throat doctor I went to said that cancer doesn't usually heal and them come back and so forth.
Thanks.
